*Passenger Vehicle Transportation fares apply to lightweight vehicles, lightweight freight vehicles, small-frame vehicles, small-frame freight vehicles, standard vehicles, standard freight vehicles (under 5m), and special purpose vehicles (under 5m).
*Car transportation fares apply to standard passenger vehicles, standard freight vehicles (5m or more), special purpose vechicles (over 5m), and large-frame special purpose vehicles.
*The length of the vehicle is the length stated on the automobile inspection certificate of the car.
*When cargo is attached to the front end or back end of the car body or when towing other cars, the whole length is applied.
*When the width of the car body or of attached cargo exceeds 2.5m, the transportation fare for the vehicle will increase 15% for every extra 25cm. Additional charges will be rounded up.
*In certain cases, vehicles that cannot be lashed (tied down) may be denied boarding.
*During stormy weather, vehicles (including two-wheel) that have boarded the ship on the deck may be splashed with sea water from the boarding entrance or the stern due to the waves and wind during transport; we ask for your understanding in advance.

*Passengers who place their bicycle in a bicycle bag will only be charged the passenger fare.
*Motorcycles are divided into classes by engine displacement.
*Two-wheeled vehicles with side cars and three wheeled motorcycles apply to vehicles with an engine displacement of 400cc or more, along with other types.
*Lashing belts and wheel stops are used as safety restraints and to prevent falling during transport. In some cases, vehicles that cannot be restrained will be denied boarding.
In addition, we are not responsible for unintentional damage caused by restrains or marine conditions; we require all passengers to sign a consent form before boarding.

■Application Conditions
・The adult fare applies to middle school students and above. The child fare applies to elementary school students.
・Children who are not accompanied by an adult when boarding, or who are 1 year old or older and not a student of the elementary school group with which they board, will pay the children's fare.
・Children 1 year old or older who are accompanied by an adult and not yet in elementary school are free for one child per adult. However, children who are more than 1 per adult will pay the child fare.
・The round-trip discount fare is calculated by removing 10% from the outward journey fare and the return journey fare.
・When receiving the application of the round-trip discount fare, it is necessary to purchase a return ticket at the outward port.
・Calculation Process for Group Passenger Fares
Group passenger one-way fares: group passenger fare = group passenger fare × number of people
Group passenger round trip fares: group passenger fare = (group passenger fare × number of people) ×2

■Refund Fees for Fares and Other Payments
1. In cases when the boarding date isn't designated...200 yen
2. In cases where the boarding date is designated, up to 1 week before...200 yen
3. In cases where the boarding date is designated, up to 2 days before...10% of the ticket price or 200 yen, whichever is larger
4. In cases where the boarding date is designated, prior departure...30% of the ticket price or 200 yen, whichever is larger
